Trinity Church is Recognized for Excellence in Communications

The Episcopal Communicators professional organization recently announced winners of the 2024 Polly Bond Awards for Excellence in Communications, and Trinity took home five! These awards recognize excellence in church communications across 19 different categories for work completed in 2023. Independently judged by well-respected and experienced communications professionals outside of the organization’s membership, the best submissions in each category receive awards.
April 30, 2024

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Episcopal Communicators, the Polly Bond awards theme was a 1970s disco party.

April 16-19, 2024, our Communications Director, Ashley Eastham, attended the Episcopal Communicators annual conference in Portland, Maine. Ashley was elected to the Board of Directors for the organization in 2023, and co-chairs the Membership Committee. At the 2024 conference, she presented a workshop entitled "Parish and Cathedral Communications: Beyond Beginner." For her work in 2023, often in collaboration with our excellent program staff, Ashley's submitted work was recognized in the following five categories, receiving the TOP award in two.
