Gabriella is a native New Orleanian and a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication. She has received her Certification as a Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute in 2005 and also by the Society of Human Resource Management in 2015. Her certifications are active, as well as her involvement in best HR practices. She is a member of SHRM which is a national recognized association for HR professionals.

Her role as Director of Human Resources includes the hiring process, recruitment and retainment, performance review management, employee engagement and coaching, benefit enrollment and administration of plans, including retirement plans, employment laws and compliance and payroll processing for the Church and School employees. Gabriella has been employed at Trinity Church and School since 2005.
