Girl Trek: Black History Bootcamp

Lace up your shoes and walk in honor of our Black Foremothers!

Walk in solidarity with over one million Black women and girls around the country who are prioritizing their self-care and walking in the direction of their healthiest, most fulfilled lives.

T. Morgan Dixon and Vanessa Garrison, founders of the health nonprofit GirlTrek, are on a mission to reduce the leading causes of preventable death among Black women -- and build communities in the process. How? Watch their presentation from TED 2017.
