In the noise of daily life, we rarely stop long enough to simply be still in God’s presence. Centering Prayer offers a quiet return, again and again, to the God who is already dwelling within us.
No special experience or quiet mind is needed to begin. Each gathering will include a brief introduction to the practice for those unfamiliar with it, approximately 20 minutes of shared silence, and a short time for reflection together afterward.
Come once or come to stay. There is no pressure, only an open door.
Centering Prayer meets every Wednesday at 9:00am in the Parish House. All are welcome.
