Advent Women (November 20, December 4, 11, & 18) In our Christian tradition, Advent is a season of reflecting on the coming of Jesus, marked by quiet and introspection. Hopefully, it is also a time to begin again and deepen our anticipation and experience of Christ with us.
Lisa Holden will facilitate a group for women on four Fridays from 11 am to 1 pm—November 20, December 4, 11, and 18—in the Menge Family Board Room in Jack’s House.
We will look at Jesus’ encounters with four different women to see how their stories might deepen and broaden our own. We will use scripture, different prayer forms, discussion questions, and sharing.
