Thank you to everyone who participated in Trinity’s Congregational Survey this past March. Your thoughtful responses have helped us better understand who we are as a parish, reflect on the health of our community, and identify the priorities, challenges, and opportunities that will shape our future as we prepare to call a new rector.
Along with the feedback gathered through our listening sessions, the Holy Cow! survey results are helping guide the Rector Search Committee’s work. This information will also be shared with prospective candidates during the interview process, offering a fuller picture of Trinity and our hopes for our next rector.
We are pleased to share these results with the congregation and invite you to explore what we have learned together.
Please Watch and Review
Our survey consultant has prepared a detailed video presentation explaining the results. The presentation is approximately 40 minutes long and is accompanied by a slide deck and a brief overview handout.
Please set aside time to watch the video and review these materials, whether or not you can attend Sunday’s Q&A.
Join Us for a Survey Q&A
All are invited and encouraged to join us on Sunday, October 18, following the 10:30am service in the school library.
Members of the Rector Search Committee will be there to discuss the results and welcome your questions.
Please watch the video before attending. It will not be shown during the Q&A, so our time together can focus on your questions and conversation about what the results mean for Trinity.
We are grateful for your continued interest, support, and prayers throughout the rector search. Your participation is helping us move forward with a clearer understanding of our parish and renewed hope for the ministry we will share with our next rector.
Your Search Committee,
Barbara Waller (Co-chair), John Fay (Co-chair), Zonnie Breckinridge, Ted George, Nancy Gunn, Dave Moore, Suzanne Perlis, Pearson Smith, Mark Williamson, Andrew Wooten
